You should not rely solely on our Outputs when making decisions about job applications or CV content.
4. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
CV T.A.G makes no representation that use of the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, or any other employment outcome. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will improve your chances of success with any particular employer.
5. Third-Party Content
Job descriptions submitted to the Service are provided by you and are third-party content. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any job description. Our Outputs are only as accurate as the input data provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectrum Glo Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on any Output generated by the Service. This includes but is not limited to: missed job opportunities, career decisions made in reliance on Outputs, or reputational harm arising from use of AI-generated cover letters or CV suggestions. CV T.A.G is designed with an honesty principle: our AI is instructed not to fabricate experience, invent qualifications, or suggest you claim skills you do not have. However, AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for ensuring that any CV content you submit to employers is truthful and accurate. Do not submit CV content that misrepresents your experience, qualifications, or skills to potential employers.
